We’re open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM — seven days a week, including weekends.

Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time, but walk-ins are welcome whenever we’re open. For same-day availability, calling ahead is the fastest way to check.

Please arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. It gives you time to settle in and lets your session start — and finish — on time.

Listed prices are cash prices; please check with the front desk for other accepted payment methods.

We’re at 163 E 87th St, New York, NY 10128, between Lexington and Third Avenue on the Upper East Side. The 86th Street subway hub (4, 5, 6, and Q trains) is a short walk away, and Central Park and Museum Mile are just a few blocks west.

Yes — our Rio Special packages let you combine services like Back & Foot with a Head Spa or Facial in a single appointment for $99. See prices & packages for what each one includes.

Sessions run from about 15 minutes for a short focused treatment up to 100 minutes for the Rio Special that pairs Back & Foot with a Classic Head Spa.

Complimentary hot stone therapy is available with select Back & Foot services. Ask the front desk when you book or check in and we’ll confirm what your session includes.

Always. Pressure, focus area, and pacing are adjusted throughout your treatment — just say the word at any point during the session.
